Refund Policy
To reserve your spot on a trip, a nonrefundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your trip. The deposit will only be refunded if we have to cancel the trip due to insufficient participants or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment schedules for trips vary depending on the destination. To secure your place, we may require payments at different stages. Typically, we offer several installment options between the initial deposit and the trip start date, allowing you to spread out the cost over time.
As it varies in the country, in most circumstances we can offer no refunds of payments 70 days before the trip. If before then, you wish to drop you will be refunded your payments made not including the deposit.
Cancellation and Refunds
Refund policies are generally based on the trip's destination and timing:
Within 70 Days of the trip start date: No refunds are available for payments made within 70 days of the trip start date.
More Than 70 Days Before Trip Start Date: If you cancel more than 70 days before the trip start date, you will receive a refund for any payments made, excluding the nonrefundable deposit.
