To reserve your spot on a trip, a nonrefundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your trip. The deposit will only be refunded if we have to cancel the trip due to insufficient participants or other unforeseen circumstances.

Payment schedules for trips vary depending on the destination. To secure your place, we may require payments at different stages. Typically, we offer several installment options between the initial deposit and the trip start date, allowing you to spread out the cost over time.

As it varies in the country, in most circumstances we can offer no refunds of payments 90 days before the trip. If before then, you wish to drop you will be refunded your payments made not including the deposit.

Trip Minimums and Cancellations:

Most of our trips require a minimum number of participants in order to operate. If a trip does not meet the required capacity, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, all deposits paid will be fully refunded. We will notify affected participants as early as possible and appreciate your understanding.

Trip Cancellation Policy:

In the unlikely event that a trip must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control—such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient participant enrollment—you will receive a full refund of all trip costs paid to us.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred outside of the trip package (e.g., flights, visas, travel insurance, or personal purchases). For this reason, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against these situations.

Refunds will only be issued if we make the decision to cancel the trip. We are committed to continuously monitoring safety conditions in all destinations, and the wellbeing of our travelers will always remain our top priority.
