To reserve your spot on a trip, a nonrefundable deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your trip. The deposit will only be refunded if we have to cancel the trip due to insufficient participants or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment schedules for trips vary depending on the destination. To secure your place, we may require payments at different stages. Typically, we offer several installment options between the initial deposit and the trip start date, allowing you to spread out the cost over time.
As it varies in the country, in most circumstances we can offer no refunds of payments 60 days before the trip. If before then, you wish to drop you will be refunded your payments made not including the deposit.
Trip Minimums and Cancellations: Most of our trips require a minimum number of participants in order to operate. If a trip does not meet the required capacity, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, all deposits paid will be fully refunded. We will notify affected participants as early as possible and appreciate your understanding.
At KWR, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness and inappropriate behavior during our trips. If you are found disrespecting local staff or fellow trip participants, we reserve the right to remove you from the trip. In such cases, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the costs of your return travel, including flights and accommodations.
