This 9-day epic adventure takes you from Lisbon's vibrant cityscapes to the sun-kissed shores of the Algarve, and finally to Madeira's lush, volcanic island – often called the "Hawaii of Europe." Each day unfolds a new chapter of thrilling activities and mindful practices.

DAY # 1
Arrive In Lisbon
You will arrive in Lisbon and be transported to the hotel. There will be time to relax, unwind, and potentially explore a bit of the city on your own.
Activities:
☯ Group meeting in lobby
☯ Evening to explore the area and grab dinner as a group
Accommodation: Pestana
DAY # 2
Explore Cascais Fishing Town (B)
We will be picked up from the hotel to drive to the beautiful fishing village of Cascais.
Activities:
☯ Yoga lesson on the beach (1 hour)
☯ Surf lesson (2 hours)
☯ Visit historical town of Sintra with it's narrow streets full of flowers, local crafts, and viewpoints
Drive time: 1 hour to/from Cascais
Accommodation: Same as day 1
DAY # 3
Lisbon to Algarve (B)
We will be picked up at the hotel at 8:00 am to drive to the coastal town of Lagos. Lagos is a lively city that is situated along the beautiful western Algarve coastline.
Activities:
☯ Half of day of free time to explore to explore the cobbled streets, traditional houses, and pretty harbour front
☯ Afternoon Grotto boat trip to the caves and rock formations
Drive time: Logos- Algarve around 3 hours
Accommodation: Tivoli Lagos
DAY # 4
Coastal Hike in Algarves (B, L)
Today will consist of a beautiful hike journey along the stunning cliffs of Arrifana to Monte Clerigo. We will traverse cliffs, valleys, and sandy plateaus.
Activities:
☯ Yoga sessio at Arrifana Beach
☯ Guided hike from Arrifana to Monte Clerigo (around 4 hours)
☯ Picnic lunch on hike
☯ You will have free time to relax and explore in the evening
Drive time: 1 hour drive to beach
Accommodation: Same as day 3
DAY # 5
Transfer Day to Madeira (B)
Today will be a travel day as we make our way to the majestic island of Madeira also known as the "Hawaii of Europe".
Schedule:
☯ After breakfast we will be picked up at the hotel to drive to Lisbon to catch a flight to Funchal
☯ Relax and unwind in Madeira
Drive time: 3 hour drive to Lisbon/ 1.5 hour flight to Funchal
Accommodation: Hotel Vila Baleira
DAY # 6
Tour of Funchal and Monte (B)
Today we will begin our exploration of the island by learning about Funchal and the history in the Old Town. We will walk through the charming narrow streets and learn about the interesting historical monuments, the fish market, and more. In the Afternoon, we will head to Camara de Lobos a charming bay and fish town.

DAY # 7
Full Day Hike Madeira Peaks (B)
Today we will embark on a hike that is about as good as it gets! This walk will give us a more complete picture of the abundance of beauty the island has to offer with breathtaking views, colors, and lush ambiance.
Activities:
☯ Full-day hike/ Pico Ruivo and Achada de Teixeira (9 am- 9 pm)/ 10 km round trip
Accommodation: Same as day 5
DAY # 8
Full Day Hike through the Rabacal Valley (B)
This valley has been described as "one of natures greatest masterpieces". We will be walking from the plateau of Paul de Serra to the Risco waterfall. We will walk down to a lake at the bottom of cliff that has 25 natural springs.
Activities:
☯ Full-day hike in the valley of Rabacal/ 10 kms
DAY # 9
Final Day/ Flight Home (B)
We will take a domestic flight back to Lisbon. Depending on your flight times back to the US you may need to have me arrange another night for you in Lisbon.
